The Story Behind the Development Group Behind TROBBU
TROBBU is backed by Proser Construction and Development Group from Mérida, Yucatán—a company with over three decades building luxury hotels for major chains including Secrets, Dreams, Hyatt, Moon Palace, Palace Resorts, and Hard Rock across the Riviera Maya, Caribbean, and Dominican Republic. When the 2009 crisis hit, they saw an opportunity to leverage their expertise directly by developing their own properties. And that's how our journey began in 2012.

El grupo desarrollador es Proser Grupo Constructor y Desarrollador, originario de la ciudad de Mérida Yucatán, lleva más de 30 años en la industria de la construcción y se dedicó a construir principalmente hoteles de grandes cadenas hoteleras a lo largo de toda la riviera maya y el caribe hoteles como:Secrets, Dreams, Hyatt, Moon Palace, Palace Resots, Hard Rock en la República dominicana pero que pasa en el 2009; llega la crisis del 2009 y es cuando el grupo constructor decide comenzar a construir sus propios desarrollos y así es como en el 2012 nace:

Meet the visionary behind the concept
TROBBU Group
Currently CEO and founder of TROBBU Group, he brings over 12 years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry in southeastern Mexico. He has led the planning, development, and construction of major hotel brands including all Grupo Palace Resorts properties, featuring the Le Blanc Spa Resort brand, in Cancún, Riviera Maya, and Jamaica locations.
Among other important hotel chains he has actively collaborated with in their construction are: Hyatt Group, Iberostar, Majestic Resorts, and most recently, participating in the construction of the Excellence Resorts hotel in Cancún. His broad perspective and dynamism have made him a professional with a unique entrepreneurial vision, resulting in the creation of distinctive real estate projects like Campus Residencias Mérida.
